This is a super-easy and super-fun project that only takes a few minutes. Please scroll down for the complete pattern. You can repurpose your gently-used pillowcases from home, or stop by yard sales or thrift shops to start your collection of cute fabrics in all types of patterns. Every little girl is different and has different tastes, so someone is sure to love the dresses you make. You can also make shorts from the pillow cases, for more options.
Pillowcases were well accepted by little girls in a Haitian orphanage. Missionaries from Fredonia Hill Baptist Church, Nacogdoches, Texas took the dresses to the children.
